At Brothers Cleaners, we have an entire division devoted to fabric restoration, which helps families recover their personal items from fire and flood damage. This process can be applied to (and not limited to) clothes, window treatments, oriental rugs, shoes, and even stuffed animals. To coordinate all efforts between the homeowner, insurance company and even the reconstruction company, we have implemented the CRDN system.

What is the CRDN system? The Certified Restoration Drycleaning System.

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) arrives at your home ready to assess the situation, do a room-by-room inventory of your items, sort and bag them, and deliver them to our plant for restoration. At our plant, we itemize and bar code each one of your items in our computerized system. Our state of the art technology allows us, with complete accuracy, to input the information on each item, process, track, and securely store your belongings until the work in your home has been completed.

Once you notify us that you are ready for delivery and select a delivery date we will deliver the items to you and place them in their original location in your home or wherever you choose. Our inputting, tracking, and storage system assures us the accurate location of your items at all times and allows you the flexibility to retrieve a particular item if the need arises.
